HERE'S HOW IT WILL WORK

01

Learn, practice, and build your portfolio.

Your completed courses will be recorded in your Academy profile. You'll be able to add your completed training and practice projects to your portfolio to show what you've learned.

02

Choose to show us your skills.

If you'd like to take the next step, you'll be able to complete an optional assessment. Your results will be saved with your training record, and you can choose to be considered for Task Forward client opportunities.

03

Put your learning in front of potential clients.

When a client is looking for a VA, we'll review learners whose skills match the role. With your permission, we'll share your relevant completed courses, practice work, and any assessment results with the client. This can help you be considered for their interview shortlist.

You can keep learning for free. Advanced courses and assessments are completely optional. Take them when you feel ready, or continue with the free courses at your own pace.

Training records, assessments, and candidate matching are coming soon. Completing a course or earning a strong score won't guarantee an interview or a job; opportunities will depend on client needs and your fit for the role.

A NOTE FROM JENNIFER

I was figuring it out, too.

Hi, I'm Jennifer, the founder of Task Forward. Before I became a VA, I worked in BPO for seven years. I know what it's like to spend hours commuting and wonder what else might be possible.

If you're thinking about VA work but don't know where to start, I want this to be a place where you can ask questions, learn the skills, and practice before you work with a real client.

I want to help you understand the work behind the job title—what to do when a client says yes, how to communicate, and how to become someone they can count on. Start with where you are. We'll take it one stage at a time.
